Dubrovnik from The City Walls and Our Apartment Roof Top Terrace

To really see the Old City in all of its glory you have to see it from up high.  Both the city walls and our Apartment’s fifth floor roof top terrace provided the perfect vantage point for photographs.  Our apartment was a three bedroom two bath in a 500 year old building just in side the walls at the Buza Gate.  The apartment was laid out over four floors.  The first floor contained a small sitting room, the second the master bedroom and bath, the third two more bedrooms and bath the third and final floor the kitchen, table and chairs, and sofa area.  Then on the roof a chase lounge, garden table and four chairs.  Attached are photos of the Apartment, then photos taken from our rooftop, and then finally photos from the city walls.

Nice apartment and great views, Rockie (even the “solar dryer” has charm.) Are you finding your accommodations on airbnb (or is there another site you recommend) ?

I review Airbnb, hotels.com, and booking.com as I start researching each location. My priorities are first: location closest to my list of interests, amenities, and lastly price.
